How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP button on the bottom of the home page. Please reach out to Savannah if you have any questions.

What if I don't RSVP in time? 

If you do not RSVP by September 1st 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "respecfully decline" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Please note the RSVP has a section for individually selecting ceremony and reception. If you cannot make it to the ceremony but can the reception (or vice versa), we would love to have you! If you have already RSVP'd attending but find you can no longer make it, please notify Savannah as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a plus one? 

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your initiation. Your invite will be mailed out to "your name & guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting cocktail/semi formal attire. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, creams.

What is the wedding party wearing?

Bridesmaids will be wearing dusty rose, groomsmen will be wearing hunter green. Other colors of the wedding include cabernet, rust orange, and honey gold.

What time should I arrive?

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite. We ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will unfortunately miss the ceremony. Feel free to take a seat in the conference center until cocktail hour begins. A time for the reception will be given on your formal invite. The reception will begin around an hour after the ceremony finishes. If you are not attending both ceremony and reception we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before each starts.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! There is parking available at the venue. 

​

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Please make your way to the conference center/courtyard for cocktail hour. 

​
